I practice from a respect-based, trauma-informed, integrative approach that prioritizes creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly. My approach includes gently challenging clients, encouraging self-exploration, and providing unconditional positive regard to support growth.
